After the initial resume screening and technical round, I was expecting a more efficient and respectful communication process. Unfortunately, the subsequent stages, especially the communication with the HR department, left much to be desired. The lack of timely responses and updates, coupled with what I perceived as rudeness, made the overall experience frustrating and, frankly, a waste of time.
