A recruiter from ITW corporate contacted me, and asked me to complete a one-way interview. I then had a phone screen with the manager. I received an offer the following day.

The questions were typical STAR questions (Tell me about a time you failed, etc) and questions about the resume. Pretty simple and straightforward.
