Initial Interview, 2nd follow up interview seems to mean your basically in unless you screw something up. Pretty open and given lots of information of what you'd be expected to do, job held up to most of what was stated in the process.

Most questions asked were specific to job related experiences. Some, but very few questions related to how would you handle difficult co-workers and other similar questions.
