They paired me with a current employee and I listened to them on the phone for about 20-30 minutes. Then got interviewed by two people, both were very casual, one was wearing jeans and a tank top. I was wearing a pant suit.

First had a phone interview which we went over job history work experience and so forth which went super well next step was a face to face interview. Came in a couple minutes early, about 10 minutes passed the actual time my interview was supposed to occur, had me job shadow an employee to see if I would like the job, about an hour passed and then 2 managers came to get me for the interview. The 2 managers and myself were in a small closed room and they asked looked over my resume and asked some job history questions then asked if I had any sales experience, I told them I didn't but I was ready to learn and take on the challenge. Shortly after they wanted to do a role play and wanted me to try to sell them a pen so having no sales experience I gave them my best shot.. They told me that the way I handled the situation and how I tried selling myself was a lot better than some of the people who have had sales experience.. After that the interview kind of dropped and then one of the 2 managers started flirting and it became uncomfortable. The interview ended shortly after and the same manager that was flirting asked to walk me out I said sure and the entire time he just stared and smiled at me which made me a little more uncomfortable.. Before I walked out of the door he told me I would know if I got the position the beginning of next week..
