Apply on company website and attach CV - if successful then a video recorded interview with set questions - if successful again then you move onto the employability/ competency tests ( these are timed (to complete as little as 30+ questions in 2 mins) and cover areas such as reasoning, numeracy speed and accuracy etc- if successful then you move onto a face to face interview meeting with area managers where they review your CV and ask you more competency based questions. The video interview was the hardest. Pre set questions but you don’t get to know what they are until your timer starts and you only have a minute to answer it. Places you on the spot with your thinking process so you have to be quick. They allow you another attempt to answer the question before you have to submit it.
