The interview process was very positive with HC Recruiters and clients SVP of H.R., until it came time to meet with the clients CEO, who canceled on the final interview at the very last minute. The CEO cancelled twice after having rescheduled. High Country Recruiter did nothing to intervene in the process. They have no professional standard when it comes to allowing clients to treat prospective candidates disrespectfully. I would never use this firm again.
