They contacted me through E-mail and set up the interview date. It was 1:1 interview with a person who introduced himself as CEO as I remember but not so sure. The office looked nice and most of the people seemed to be working in the common space. We talked about my portfolio pulled up in his laptop. His main focus seemed to be how I would react to clients' criticism. They also asked how much I am familiar with Squarespace. The interviewer was very nice and generous wish I got the job but they wanted to see more works I have done which I had a thin portfolio.
