A total waste of time and expectations. Very unprofessional. First, they will email you over questions and check if they can negotiate your salary. You will waste your time answering those questions. I understood this as they maybe a small company. It will take you a MONTH to schedule just the 1st interview or maybe not, as it was called an Introductory Call. I asked to be rescheduled prior because of a family emergency, and the Interviewer agreed, only to find out 5 mins on the same Interview day (which was the initial schedule) that the position was already filled. And this was an email from the Recruiter. So funny thing here is that, if I had proceeded to that same interview on the same day - it's a total waste of time after all because they will interview me for a position that was already filled. They did not even inform me beforehand.
