Applied via Indeed mid May, and did not hear back until the start of June. This is where the apologies begun and where the “red flags” should have started! First reply took a week to respond to my message, which then led to myself once again chasing 16 days later when no reply had been received. When they finally replied, we arranged a face-2-face interview at their offices in Elstead, Surrey. Less than 24 hours prior to the interview, they tried to cancel and rearrange for the following week (knowing full well I had taken annual leave to attend). We arranged to meet earlier the next day; however, this should have been a big enough signal. Upon starting my presentation, their Sales Director constantly interrupted and just wanted to see one aspect of my presentation (all of which was asked to be given in the interview prep from their CEO). Once AGAIN, over two weeks later and still no correspondence, so I was made to chase yet another time!
