I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The HQ Office is quaint and as expected for a small company. The location is accessible and easy to find. They didn't make me feel like a stranger when I went there. They didn't follow-up very quickly and the offer letter took about 2 weeks - so that was a bit nerve racking. Had to wait on formal signing of a contract between the government and the contractor.
