I was already a consultant so they were trying to hire me as full time employee so it was more like an internal hiring so the manager of the team where i was working asked me if i was interested to join as full time employee and then i said that's how i got the interview

There was a phone interview with several senior members and was brought in for a face-to-face interview the following week. I felt very welcomed and that they were interested in what I had to say as well as what my goals were with joining their team.
