The hiring process was lengthy, they use an outside firm. The firm was very unorganized. I was advised they were not hiring after submitting an application, and then got a call for an interview the next day. I cant blame Highmark for that as it was a 3rd party but hopefully they've opted for a more professional recruitment service since.

Interview consisted of questions that has nothing to do with the job they were more based on whether or not the person that I'm sitting next to likes me and how I would handle it
