Everything was great in the beginning . I went in for the first interview , everyone was rather friendly and supportive before my interview with the front desk new manager and supervisor. Even the bellman(who's been there for over 9 years) spoke to me while I was waiting in the lobby for the manager. He put in a good word for me, said I had a great personality for the position and it gave me even more confidence for the interview. I went into the interview , I had great answers, the managers were great! I had a great interview. They called me the same day to come in for a second interview. I went in the next week for the second interview, this time it was different managers. Very cold vibe, wasn't the same as first interview. They asked similar questions but we're going back and forth throwing questions. After awhile I was just uncomfortable and knew from there it wasn't going very well. It sucked because the first interview went great and the managers were amazing. Second interview not so much. They were very serious, didn't crack a smile, was just reading tons of questions off a packet to ask me . No creating a connection or personal experiences on their behalf. It was just a cold, serious interview. Ended up not getting a offer after they said they will "call me" to let me know . Waited a week to just get a basic company email. You'd think after the first interview they would decide but it takes more than TWO interviews to get in . Ridiculous.
