      Disrespectful relation to the candidate and referees time. 1. I have been contacted through the LinkedIn by one F&B manager if I am interested in the challenging role in his department in Waldorf Astoria Doha, during the interview it has been explained that I have to be his right hand, as the F&B coordinator and deal with many tasks, however the budget was low to compare what I was expecting, he was very nice and he offered me to try the Personal Assistant of GM. And I agreed and he forwarded my CV to the Director of Human resources. Shortly I have been interviewed by the Director of the Human resources, by the General manager as well and both of them know my 2 referees from the previous work holding the positions of Directors, third referee they don't know from my current work place who moved to the Waldorf Astoria in another country. So as the result I have dealt with fourth person as well in the company, assistant HR manager who asked me to apply through the website, plus she asked to send all the documents related to the Educations and Work places being arranged in the PDF file, asked three referees contact details and they sent them the long form to fill it. Also at the end I have been invited to do the SHL test which is without the practice seems not easy. My cousin practices the puzzles and tests every day, but with the work related he doesn't have the clue what to do in the administrative role. The test could be sent at the beginning to select the right candidates, not at the end when all interviews have been done and all documents submitted along with the referees responses. I had the feeling that I have been going through the process as I have applied for the position of the Director. However on 06th of Jan was the last interview with the GM, after that they asked my documents, referees responses and test were submitted within 1 week. I have to mention luckily three interviews were online. I didn't hear from them any feedback since that time, almost 4 weeks were gone and I have sent the email on 03rd of February to ask about the recruitment stage and at the same day I have received the rejection email saying that they have another candidate for this role and thank you for the patience. However I discovered the personal website of the GM who was introduced during the interview by the Director of the Human resources being as the Digital oriented person, during the interview I couldn't find out anything interesting to talk related to the IT sector from his side. The website is just ordinary as the business card, I study the HTML, CSS, JavaScript and for me it's easy to understand the technical part of the site. I was surprised of the picture of him being demonstrated on this website with the arms of the ladies and hands with the nails as touching his tie, fixing his outfit, honestly I don't know what he wants to say while demonstrating it. Regret about the wasting time of mine and the referees and dealing with no professionalism, happy not being hired as this picture on the website is giving the food to think.
