Interview process lasted about 2 hours long. Very thorough questions were asked. We went over a ton of situational questioning as well as how could or would you correct and issue that arrived and how can we make it right. Went over budgeting and p&L

Asked basic question very intense . One or two people are interviewing you with a question sheet if it last long you can tell they are interested if go fast pretty much you don’t have a chance .

There was a phone interview first, then they scheduled the actual on property interview. Then there was a formal email with an offer. Then you had to respond with acceptance or not.
