I was contacted by a Hilton Worldwide internal recruiter. I had a phone interview that went well and was told I would be moving forward in the process. The senior recruiter sent me an e-mail telling me the per hour pay for the position and asking if the pay was acceptable to me. I said yes it was acceptable.
About a week later I receive an e-mail from that same senior recruiter telling me that my pay scale was too high for the position...um I never gave a pay scale?!? The senior recruiter was the one and only one that mentioned pay and I accepted the rate of pay she had told me. I think the recruiter made a mistake and didn't realize it. I contacted her and advised her that I never gave a range and she didn't contact me back. Very unprofessional.

Our interview process starts with an application screening, followed by an HR phone interview. Then, there's a technical test and a technical interview with the team. Finally, there's a culture-fit interview with leadership before we make an offer. We aim to complete the process in around three weeks while keeping candidates informed throughout.

I recently had an interview with the Security Director at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. The interview went well, and I was informed that I would be contacted for the next round of interviews with HR. However, I have not yet received any further information regarding the interview process.
