I applied through website several times and although my skills perfectly matched the job description unfortunately my application wasn’t shortlisted without any explanation for me to improve which gives me negative feedback
It was a phone interview. They called me over the phone. I didn't have much experience in the industry. It only took about 15 minutes. They notified me later that day that I did not receive an offer.
