The interview process was very awkward, it was completely virtual. You were given about 8 questions and had to record yourself answering the question, I felt like I needed to know how to be an actress to perform well in this interview. Not once during the whole interview process did I ever talk to a Hilton Recruiter, everything was done online.

had a few interview in one day....that's good get it all done in one day. had interview with few different department before getting the final offer. they had a clear expectation of they are looking for. they were ok if you didnt know everything. but at least you need to understand 90% of the job
100% robotic ai generated questionnaires for an F&B job. Generic useless questions with no real interpretable answers. Also video interview speaking to a machine is challenging and laughable for such kind of position

Very easy and relaxed, mostly commonly asked interview questions. They’ll make you feel comfortable and confident. As long as you have done any kind of interview preparation then you’ll be okay and hopefully get the position you want.
