This interview process moved so fast it almost had me worried. I've never had the opportunity to work for a company that actually cares about hiring timelines.
Formato: llamada o videollamada (~30–45 minutos).
Enfoque: tu trayectoria profesional, logros en ventas, expectativas salariales y disponibilidad.
Pueden hacer preguntas situacionales, tipo: “Cuéntame sobre un momento en que superaste tus objetivos de ventas” o “¿Cómo manejas un cliente difícil?”.
También evaluarán tu ajuste cultural: rapidez, ambición, resiliencia.

Hiring conference. Sit down interview with region VP and 3 managers. More of a casual conversation than formal interview. Asks basic "get to know you" questions. Returned later for a facility tour and paperwork.
