Karat, hiring manager phone screen, and then onsite.
It was a pretty enjoyable experience. The only critique I would give is that they are a little slow on responses but that is likely due to the lean nature of the question.

First, got a phone call interview that talk about the info that want to know and the interviewer described the environment of the company and position.
Second, the first round of the coding interview.

The first step was an online coding assessment. I was able to solve the question well within the allotted time frame given and was moved to a phone screen via the Karat platform. If I passed the phone technical, I would be moved to the onsite round (which I presume would be the final round).

One on one zoom interview with a developer, than two technical interviews, and after that hr interview. The interviewer was good, very nice approach and at the end you can ask questions about the company
