Technical round- ask about introduction your responsibilities in previous organization HR round - Salary compensation , Why do you want to join Hitachi , What drives you for this role

Got contacted by a recruiter. Send in my resume and had several phone interviews until I got invited by Hitachi for a personal interview. Very nice interview with HR and Head of service department. I got positiv feedback by the recruiter and that they will contact me soon but than nothing. I reached out to them via email but got no resonse. Very unprofessional unfortunately.
