Very personal. Asked questions about self and former work and how it would contribute to the hospital. Overall the interview was insightful and very transparent, was very clear about low pay but great benefits and perks at hoag.

Entretien
There was a phone interview with the recruiter and then if you pass that interview then you proceed to a formal interview in person with a unit manager. From my experience it was just the manager and not a panel interview with multiple people.
