Smooth interview process. After submitting the application I was invited to a telephone interview, and then a graduate assessment centre at the office. It's a chance to showcase yourself but also to see what sort of work you'll be doing as a graduate.

The interview process begins with an introduction to what will be happening throughout the day and an opportunity to meet other applicants. You are then supplied with a timetable on what tasks you will be doing throughout the day, including talking with new members of the graduate scheme, a 2 on 1 interview including a prepared presentation and a 4 person group task.
