The process was relaxed. My manager interviewed me with the intention of getting to know me rather than trying to catch me out. I felt confident when leaving the office.

A phone call to confirm interview and availability. Then an in person informal interview with the manager of the store I was offered to work in. They emailed shortly after to offer the position.

Entretien
Had an interview with the assistant manager. She was super friendly and had given a handshake as soon as we met. There were a lot of questions but I was able to answer them confidently and at ease because she was not intimidating, she was very outgoing and fun to talk to. She made the interview really interesting and fun. I had a practical test as well where I had to pick out an outfit for a wedding for a lady. I had to plan a whole outfit and used a colleague who acted like a customer and had to talk and provide customer service whilst the assistant manager watched how I engaged and interacted. Overall it was not daunting, was able to answer all questions and also felt confident when doing the practical.
