It was for a new store opening. Over 500 people were in line the first day of four. After standing in line for 2 hours, you took a math test. If you passed, you got interview 2 days later. At that, you were told that all positions were already filled.

The interview is relatively easy. They will go over your application and ask questions about your experiences with your former employer, and what made you decide to work for Hobby Lobby. If you make it past the interview, you will be given a math test. Math test is pretty basic questions as well.
