The interviewer really seemed more like it was a bother to answer my questions about the company and told me that the managers work very long hours, over 70 per week during the holidays. i was told I would be receiving a call back and never did.

Got a call from Bruce at HobbyLobby (no typographical error, say as fast as you possibly can, as one word not two), and what followed was a very formulaic phone interview.

Spoke with multiple sources. Previous Store Managers that had left the company. Spoke with current Store Manager and current District Manager. Walked Store was given Mission statement.
