The most BIZARRE interview process I have every completed. 15 min interview with hiring manager 15 min interview with someone on the team - who then became the HM because they let the first person go 30 min presentation with HM- they canceled this presentation 3 min before it was supposed to start and rescheduled for the following week. It was extremely rushed and I was expected to know in-depth product capabilities (as the CSM yes I would know this...not during the interview) Then I get a templated rejection email after a month of not hearing back from HR. It was an extremely disrespectful process and felt like they never had time for me. This was a HUGE RED FLAG and I am so grateful I am not going to be working here. If this is the way that they treat candidates I can't even begin to imagine how they treat employees.
