Applied online, contacted very quickly to setup an interview. Interview was set up the next day and went very well. Indicated they wanted to continue the interview process and "fast track" the process as I was the best candidate and they "loved me". Then I was ghosted for two weeks. Finally got an email saying they decided to go in another direction.
