A couple of phone interviews, followed by a couple video interviews. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Questions vary by person and how seriously they take it. There was no client screening which would've been helpful.

I interviewed with both the lead and another content manager. I felt that they weren't really listening when I explained my experience, and they also seemed dismissive, even though I have 7 years of experience as a web producer, which is essentially the Content Manager role. I spoke to the recruiter and went through one interview. I never received a call or email after that. I understand I didn't get the offer, but any kind of feedback would've been appreciated.
