Was contacted by a recruiter, had 4 Phone interviews with CEO, and a couple of other executives. No offer, stated that I was more of an Administrative Manager than a Sales Manager. I was interviewing for a General Manager position, not sure where the Sales Manager position came in. Not sure if they know what they are looking for or could have been there way of discriminating for the marriage question!
