After changing franchise companies I was casually asked if I'd be interested in the FD Supervisor position.
After working as acting FD Manager for a month the position was never mentioned to me and I had to ask about it myself. Behind my back the position was posted and NOT internally first. What a slap in the face!
I quit!
Quick and to the point. Very honest about pandemic situation. Benefits removal and what not. Employment history. Why am I interested in this opportunity. If offered when can I start.

I called to see if there were any openings and they interviewed me that same day and pretty much hired me on the spot. It was a pretty easy low pressure interview.
