I applied in person. They called me 3 months later about an interview. The interview was simple. The same day she showed me what I will be doing and told me my starting day.
Laid back and very friendly offered the job on the spot. Pay wasn't enough to work overnight. They asked basic questions about previous experience and it was good communication. I declined the job offer.
