My resume was selected for Senior Software Engineer, despite having vast experience in tech skill, diverse work culture and extra projects, I was rejected in HR round saying I am not a good fit and does not match expectation. Looking at other feedbacks given on this platform it really feels like they only want applicants from Munich or Germany and are not open for candidates outside there comfort zone. Really disappointed.

Initially, I had an interview with a recruiter and successfully passed it. I then submitted my resume and was informed that it would take several days for them to provide me with feedback. Later, I received an email notifying me that I had been accepted and that we could proceed to the next step, which involved an interview with a member of the HR team. I had extensive experience in the same industry (property management) and was skilled in all the areas they were working on. However, after three days, I received a response stating that I was unsuitable for the position without any explanation. I tried to follow up with them via email for feedback, but I did not receive a response. It appears that they only hire staff from Germany and do not consider candidates from other countries. I believe I need to redefine what it means to be "suitable" for this role.
