Initial screening phone call followed by online skill assessment. Second interview is over the phone by a third party using a script of questions. They are only allowed to read the questions and offer no guidance on interpretation or any knowledge about the job or the company. All of the scripted questions are pretty generic and most don't really have anything to do with the particular job.
I got contacted by two company representatives for a virtual interview, the two who had contacted me sent an assessment, then ghosted until I received an email saying the position was filled

I LOVED IT. I loved recording the videos for my interviews questions. It was easy and fun. It was a easy process to finish, several yes or no questions. .

Completely virtual and accommodating. was very quick and easy to use. A lot of the questions were relatively easy to answer. The virtual interview was at your own pace. Was able to complete within 20 minutes.
