I initially had a recruiter screen with basic questions. Then had an interveiw with the hiring manager - it was more of a technical interview and he was asking questions on my technical experience in the resume. Next was with 4 member panel interview and here again, they went technical based on the experiences listed in my resume. I would advice to be thorough with your resume and refresh your memory with all the technical skills, tasks and experiences before the interview. For instance I had migration management experience and they asked questions about the technical details like how did you perform it like the steps, etc. I felt they wanted to know my technical depth and role in the migration. Although, I did get an offer but declined it later because the job description listed so many other tasks but what I felt from the conversation with the hiring manager that I would be just doing one task listed in the job description i.e. production support and wouldn't get a chance to do the other stuff until maybe 1-2 years down the line which did not work for me.
