Home Chef reached out to me after I applied for a Director position back in November, stating they were interested in me and hope to fill the position by December. I have a great phone interview (based on the recruiters feedback) a few days later. 2 weeks later I get an email stating the position had been delayed to fill in January, after review of applications. Never heard from them again, even after reaching out twice. No response. It's okay if one did not get the role, but it would be a professional courtesy to send a quick email stating so, instead of leaving one in the dark. Not an ideal or organized reflection of their HR/recruiting process.
