they often have job fairs, you have to first apply on their site and take a quick on-line questionnaire, then you get called for an interview, and if it goes well, you get a follow up phone interview from HR, once you get through that they call you in for an official offer of employment.

I attended a Hiring Event where I completed a quick 3-4 question interview. I recieved a call back approximately a week later and completed a 6 question structured interview with the manager on duty.
