Short and courteous phone screening interview. The interviewer was very nice and pleasant as we reviewed my resume together. They asked if I was physically able to withstand the rigors of the job, as you have to be on your feet a lot.

It was easy, more scenario based question with focus on the customer satisfaction and department management/readiness. Questions were like how did you handle difficult situations. How did you give constructive feedback to an Associate. Did you hold anyone accountable

Went very well and fast. First with HR by phone, then in person. Wtitten test (web site), the last interview with store manager and the offer was right away, which I accepted.
