Phone call first , basically welcoming me to the team. Completed online induction program and tested after. Heard no more and politely mailed to enquire, was lead along again and ever since, nothing!

Entretien
The interview process was easy and comfortable. The interviewer was friendly and asked simple questions about my experience as a healthcare assistant. There were two rounds of interviews, and both were professional and well organized. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Interview took plan in the main office it was one on one, friendly , casual. Online training, then one on one training, shadowing other carer untill comfortable working on your own.
