a written task in the assessment centre, then 2 roleplays with simulated prisoners to see how you respond to some aggressive or offensive behaviours (you will get some basic info beforehand to help you interact with the actors) , finally the 1-to-1 interview where they ask you some behavioural questions and strength-based questions. They may interrupt you when you answer strength-based questions, don't take it personally, it is just because they have got what they want. The sequences could be different for the candidates are the "stations" rotate.
