The interview was casual and straightforward. I spoke with the store manager in person after submitting my application online. She asked about my previous retail experience, availability, and customer service skills. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, which made it less stressful. She emphasized teamwork and staying busy during shifts. I was offered the position within a few days.

Extremely easy and stress free, went in there much more prepared and nervous than I had to be. Didn't feel very traditional interview style felt much more like a conversation...a little awkward at first but then would get off on tangents about random stuff and laugh about being so far off track.
