Applied online, was called in 3 days and an interview was arranged. The team there was helpful and generous. Questions asked were mostly based on the previous work experience. Overall good experience.

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and focused on practical interior design knowledge. The interviewer asked about wardrobe dimensions, materials, and color combinations. They were interested in understanding my real-world experience, design decisions, and how I approach functionality along with aesthetics in residential projects.
It was good. It had 3 rounds. First was phone call, then community manager and then business manager. The HR was really sweet throughout the process. Thought i didn't join. It was a good interview experience

Entretien
Good, simple and easy interview. Easy questions. Online interview. Had to attend two rounds of interview - both were simple with standard questions about kitchen standard heights and measurements and wardrobe - how the shutters are made, what thickness of glass is used etc.
