This companies interview process isn't the best. There was basic phone screening process followed by the face to face interview. I was not informed of who I would be meeting with or for how long. The face to face interview was rather long as I initially met with the recruiting manager followed by three separate sales managers at different times. They were open and upfront stating that in this position expect to work weekends. They also mentioned that the job can be extremely repetitive with 200-300 dials per day. A little heads up from the recruiter I spoke with on the phone would've been nice as the interview was much longer and drawn out then I was expecting. It was frustrating meeting with three separate managers at different times answering the same questions, it would've been much more efficient to have everyone interviewing me at the same time. Overall a pretty sloppy interview process. Even if I were to be offered for this position I would decline.

Wow it was fast in the beginning in getting everything set up and then silence from everyone. They went so cold if I was made an offer I would deny it.

HR was very aggressive setting up original phone screen and zoom interview with hiring manager. Hiring Manager wanted a full PowerPoint presentation that took over a day to research and prepare. Interview and presentation went well based on Hiring Manager comments during interview. Then no response from HR or Hiring Manager for over two weeks! HR finally sent a batch rejection email with no details or feedback. I got no response from HR rep after several attempts to just get professional feedback. This was the same rep that was overly responsive in the beginning. This was not a pleasant or professional experience. I wouldn't waste your time on this company.

Very basic background questions. Hiring Manager was fishing for knowledge of my former employer (a successful competitor of HomeLight). They took all the information I provided during the interview /presentation and then couldn't even give professional feedback.
