Entretien
I applied online and received a phone call a few hours later. They conducted a very quick phone screening interview then scheduled an in-person interview. It was supposed to be a group interview with other applicants but I ended up being the only applicant there. The assistant manager that interviewed me was very friendly and bubbly. It was quite laid back (not an office interview). Very standard "cliche" customer service interview questions. Took about 25mins. I was offered the position at the end of the interview.

Entretien
initial phone interview which was about 5-10 mins and just talked more about availability and an initial screen of the candidate, which was then made into an in-person interview with a manager.
