They outsource the initial recruiting and screening. The recruiter was very professional and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this approach. On boarding done by in house human resource professionals. Seemed to work well.

Very direct with open ended questions to let you talk and explain your reasoning on things or how you would handle a situation. For a sales job the questions were very differn than I expected more about how you as a person would deal with normal life activities
