The first part was to deal with a phone screen with an internal recruiter followed by a two-part technical round. One was meant to be a typical UI/coding challenge, the other was supposed to be me talking about my work. I was then not advanced further but was ghosted. But to add insult to injury, I was asked a few weeks later to answer a survey to my interview process. I thought the treatment was unprofessional overall and I urge them to be more transparent with their decision making for future candidates.
