Started with an intro call and led to a lot of calls with engineering manager. The process was fun and got to meet a lot of people during the interview process, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They’re very personable and really try to get to know who you are and your passions. I had an online onsite which lasted several hours. I had a couple offers but because of how welcomed I felt at Homebase and the work culture, it was ultimately where I chose to continue my career.
