The interview process was very friendly and welcoming for people without any prior knowledge of DIY information. They were happy to help me understand the role before accepting the job and were very clear about the structure of how the store was run,

Picked up a physical application form from the store, filled in at least 20 questions about scenarios and experience etc. Within a few days of handing the form back I received a call inviting me in for an "informal chat", and to come dressed casual but presentable. I came dresses in a grey polo shirt and black chinos. The interview was no longer than ten minutes and the interviewer was very friendly, asking simple, basic questions. For example, "why are you good for this role?" and questions about experience. Overall a very relaxed interview. Within 48 hours I received another phone call offering me the job.
