The interview process consisted of talking with the recruiter and hiring manager before ultimately not moving on in the process. I was impressed that the recruiter called me to tell me why they didn't move on with my candidacy. My background is comprehensive, but they needed a candidate with the domain expertise to Homesnap's needs. I really appreciated the humanity in a personal phone call, it only took a few minutes of the recruiter's time.
