I had a recruiter put my name in for the .NET position. A couple days later, I had an hour phone interview. The next day, I was called and we set up a on site interview. The in person interview happened a week later. It was a 3 hour process. Three 45 minute interviews with a team leader, the VP of technology, and 2 senior developers. All were super nice.

Entretien
I applied through TEKSystems, the recruiter put my name in. Then, I took a C#/SQL IKM assessment. After that, I had a phone interview about 2 weeks later with the Application Development Director. We talked about my past experiences and what I was looking for in a job. The next day, a TEKSystems ambassador called me and told me the Application Development Director told him I was overqualified and my interview was nothing more than a luxury sales pitch.
